Rocco’s Pizza and Subs is a warm family owned restaurant conveniently located in the heart of the Jersey Shore (Manasquan, New Jersey). For over 21 years Rocco’s has become an icon of the town and family to many members of the community. By providing outstanding customer service as well as an authentic Italian meal, Rocco’s has become so much more than the art of making a simple pizza. The large variety of fresh pizzas offered daily has completed many customers everyday routine. By creating a well-rounded menu, a quaint atmosphere and efficient service, Rocco’s is a definite must-go place to dine.
Rocco’s business was started as an entrepreneurship with a wide-range of diversity and extensive knowledge of food, service and business. Owner, Kathleen Suriani co-founded Rocco’s Pizza and Subs with co-worker, Annette Paglia. As partners they opened doors of Rocco’s in October of 1988. Together, they successfully developed the business into a fast growing Italian restaurant.
Since 1988, the menu has expanded, the dining room has been remodeled, the signs have changed, and some staff members may have varied but Rocco’s has maintained the same cozy family atmosphere, the same scrumptious taste of yummy pizza and the same homemade quality-entrees.
As an owner, Kathleen Suriani has been a dedicated employer with a unique ability to offer personalized service to each and every customer, manage a professional staff and maintain good-quality food. The menu includes a variety of specialty pizzas, hot/cold subs, freshly made soups and salads, homemade dinner entrees and appetizers. Keeping it simple has created the drive for customers to return day after day.
In addition to her professional business, Kathleen Suriani has kept Rocco’s as an active member of the community by donating to school fundraisers, community programs, township police and charity events. Rocco’s way of giving back has helped make a difference.
